Treatment of Recurrent Uterine Sarcoma
When uterine sarcoma recurs, the clinical approach requires careful reassessment. Not all patients are candidates for the same intervention, and the feasibility of each option depends on individual factors that must be weighed by specialists.

All cases should be evaluated by a multidisciplinary team to determine if surgery is a reasonable and feasible option for all types of uterine sarcomas, with the primary goal of complete resection (V, A).
