Male patient with a prostatic urethral stricture attributable to prior irradiation or high-energy prostate therapy, presenting with preserved, adequate bladder function.

Offer salvage prostatectomy in motivated and fit patients with adequate bladder function in case of a prostatic stricture due to prior irradiation or high-energy treatment.
