This protocol addresses the management of pulmonary sarcoidosis in patients whose symptoms are mild — specifically those experiencing cough without dyspnea.
Clinical scenario: Pulmonary sarcoidosis with mild respiratory symptoms, notably a persistent cough, in the absence of dyspnea. The disease burden is limited to mild respiratory involvement at this stage.
