In patients with ruptured TAAA requiring intervention, open repair is recommended.
In patients with ruptured TAAA requiring intervention, provided that the patient is hemodynamically stable, endovascular repair may be reasonable in centers with endovascular expertise and access to appropriate endovascular stent grafts.
