При орбитальном целлюлите лечение необходимо начинать незамедлительно. Подход включает внутривенную антибиотикотерапию в сочетании с адъювантными мерами; ранний клинический ответ оценивается по установленным критериям в течение нескольких часов от начала терапии.
Подход к лечению
Основу ведения составляет своевременная эмпирическая внутривенная антибиотикотерапия с применением широкоспектральной комбинации, а также системные и местные адъювантные компоненты — полная схема, последовательность назначений и все дополнительные детали изложены в полном протоколе.
Клиническая цель
Клиническое улучшение и нормализация температуры в течение 24–36 часов от начала лечения.
