Treatment of Anatomically Limited Pulmonary Arteriovenous Malformation

Pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs) vary considerably in their anatomical distribution. When disease is anatomically limited, the management approach may differ from broader or more diffuse presentations.

This protocol applies to patients with PAVMs where the extent and location of disease is anatomically limited — a characteristic that directly shapes the intervention options considered.

In carefully selected patients with anatomically limited PAVMs, a surgical intervention may be appropriate — the complete eligibility criteria and procedural details are available in the full protocol.
