What Is the Treatment of Stage IE or IIE Primary Pulmonary MALT Lymphoma?

Primary pulmonary lymphoma arising from mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) at stage IE or IIE represents a localised extranodal presentation. The management approach in this setting is guided by symptom status and disease extent.
