Treatment of Primary Ovarian Lymphoma in Follicular Lymphoma

Primary ovarian lymphoma in the setting of follicular lymphoma presents a clinically distinct challenge, particularly in the relapsed or refractory phase, where the appropriate treatment pathway depends directly on what the patient has previously received.

Clinical Scenario

        This protocol targets patients with primary ovarian lymphoma whose underlying histology is follicular lymphoma. The history of prior systemic therapy is the central factor determining which treatment options are appropriate at this stage.
