Treatment of Primary Lymphoma of Bone in Patients Under 18 with Completely Resected Mature Aggressive B-Cell Lymphoma

This protocol addresses primary lymphoma of bone presenting as mature aggressive B-cell lymphoma/leukemia in pediatric patients — specifically those younger than 18 years at diagnosis — where the tumour has been completely resected.

Mature aggressive B-cell lymphoma/leukemia of bone, completely resected, in a patient under 18 years old at diagnosis. Complete resection is the defining feature of eligibility for this treatment pathway.

The approach consists of a short course of systemic chemotherapy delivered over two cycles. Two distinct frameworks — the BFM concept and the EICNHL concept — offer alternative pathways for this population. The full cycle structure, agent selection, and sequencing are detailed in the complete protocol.
