MINOCA — myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries — is a condition in which the final established underlying diagnosis determines the entire management strategy. Identifying that underlying cause is therefore the pivotal clinical step.
Management of MINOCA according to the final established underlying diagnosis is recommended, consistent with the appropriate disease-specific guidelines.
