Multiple system atrophy (MSA) involves widespread autonomic involvement that affects sexual function across genders. In female patients specifically, sexual dysfunction is a recognised yet often under-addressed manifestation that warrants targeted clinical attention.
This protocol addresses sexual dysfunction occurring in female patients diagnosed with multiple system atrophy — a distinct sub-population in whom symptom presentation and therapeutic considerations differ from the general MSA population.
