Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Clinical Scenario
This protocol addresses patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma — those whose disease has returned after or failed to respond to prior treatment, including prior immunochemotherapy and BTK inhibitor-containing regimens.
Treatment Approach
For patients with disease progression following second-line immunochemotherapy and a covalent BTK inhibitor (cBTKi)-containing regimen, the approach includes anti-CD19 cellular immunotherapy as one option, alongside other targeted and chemotherapy-based strategies.
The full regimen — including all options, sequencing, and evidence grades — is available in the complete protocol below.
