This protocol addresses keratoacanthoma arising in the context of two syndromic presentations: generalized eruptive keratoacanthoma of Grzybowski and Ferguson-Smith disease. Both involve widespread keratoacanthoma lesions and require a systemic management approach distinct from solitary keratoacanthoma.
