This protocol applies to patients with proximal division of the corpus spongiosum below the midshaft, penile ventral curvature (chordee), and poor development of the ventral penile radius — in whom the initial surgical repair has not achieved the required clinical outcomes.

Redo surgery is undertaken at least 6 months after the initial procedure to allow adequate tissue recovery.
