Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma in Children and Adolescents — Relapsed or Refractory Disease

This protocol addresses children and adolescents aged 18 years or younger with classical Hodgkin lymphoma whose disease has relapsed after prior treatment or failed to respond to initial therapy.

Clinical Scenario

The patient is a child or adolescent (age 18 years or younger) with classical Hodgkin lymphoma. The disease is either relapsed — it has come back after treatment — or refractory — it did not respond to the initial treatment given.

Treatment Approach

Re-induction therapy is considered for this population. Several structured combination regimens are available, with the appropriate choice guided by patient-specific factors and clinical context — the full protocol specifies which options apply and how they are sequenced.
