High-Risk Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma in Children and Adolescents (Age ≤18)

Clinical Scenario

This protocol addresses children and adolescents aged 18 years or younger diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma at high-risk presentation. High-risk is defined by any of the following stages:

Stage IIB with bulky disease Stage IIIB Stage IV
First-Line Treatment Approach

Treatment in this pediatric high-risk setting centres on dose-intensive combination chemotherapy regimens, with some protocols also incorporating radiation therapy. Several combination approaches are available for this population.

Treatment Goal
