Treatment of Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma That Is Relapsed or Refractory After First-Line Therapy

This protocol addresses adults with classical Hodgkin lymphoma whose disease has relapsed or become refractory following initial first-line treatment. Despite this clinical situation, the disease remains potentially curable.

Relapse means the disease has returned after a remission achieved with treatment. Refractory means the disease did not respond to treatment at all. Both situations require a different therapeutic approach from the initial regimen.

Third-line systemic therapy is the indicated next step for this population. Multiple distinct treatment options exist within this setting; the complete selection, sequencing, and eligibility criteria are detailed in the full protocol.
