Treatment of Hidradenitis suppurativa Hurley stage II in adult patients

This protocol addresses the management of Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) at Hurley stage II in adult patients who are not pregnant — a clinically distinct population requiring a targeted treatment strategy.

Hurley stage II is characterised by 1 or a limited number of sinuses and/or scarring within a body region — beyond the minimal-scar presentation of stage I, but short of the extensive involvement of stage III. The patient is an adult and is not pregnant.

The protocol encompasses both systemic therapy options and surgical procedures for recurrent nodules and tunnels. Full selection criteria, sequencing, and regimen details are available in the complete protocol.
