ओरल हेयरी ल्यूकोप्लेकिया (OHL) जीभ के पार्श्व किनारे पर एक सफेद पट्टिका के रूप में प्रकट होता है। यह प्रोटोकॉल प्राथमिक घाव स्थल पर OHL के संरचित सामयिक प्रबंधन को संबोधित करता है, जिसमें नैदानिक समाधान की पुष्टि होने तक उपचार जारी रखा जाता है।
उपचार दृष्टिकोण
प्रबंधन में घाव के स्थल पर पार्श्व जीभ की श्लेष्मा झिल्ली पर सीधे लागू एक सामयिक प्रोटोकॉल शामिल है। कई साक्ष्य-आधारित सामयिक विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं — विशिष्ट प्रोटोकॉल का चयन, अनुप्रयोग विधि और समय-निर्धारण पूर्ण उपचार योजना में उल्लिखित है।
नैदानिक लक्ष्य
उपचार की सफलता को OHL के नैदानिक उपचार के रूप में परिभाषित किया जाता है — जीभ के पार्श्व किनारे पर उसके प्राथमिक स्थान पर सफेद पट्टिका अब दिखाई नहीं देती। लगभग आधे रोगी सामयिक प्रोटोकॉल शुरू करने के 7–8 सप्ताह के भीतर इस परिणाम तक पहुँचते हैं।
