इओसिनोफिलिक इसोफेजाइटिस का उपचार क्या है?
इओसिनोफिलिक इसोफेजाइटिस (EoE) का प्रबंधन एक संरचित प्रथम-पंक्ति सूजनरोधी रणनीति से किया जाता है। दिशानिर्देश एकल प्रारंभिक चिकित्सा का चयन करने और एंडोस्कोपिक तथा हिस्टोलॉजिक मूल्यांकन दोनों के माध्यम से इसके प्रभाव का आकलन करने की सलाह देते हैं।
प्रारंभिक चिकित्सा

प्रतिक्रिया लक्ष्य
उपचार प्रतिक्रिया का मूल्यांकन 8–12 सप्ताह में बायोप्सी के साथ एंडोस्कोपी द्वारा किया जाता है। प्रोटोकॉल हिस्टोलॉजिक सुधार, एंडोस्कोपिक सुधार और एसोफेजियल डिसफंक्शन के लक्षणात्मक राहत के लिए विशिष्ट सीमाएं परिभाषित करता है।
