गर्भावस्था में एक्यूट फैटी लिवर (AFLP) एक गंभीर प्रसूति आपातकालीन स्थिति है। नुकसान को कम करने और सुरक्षित प्रसव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए त्वरित निदान, माँ और भ्रूण दोनों की नज़दीकी निगरानी, तथा तत्काल समन्वित देखभाल अत्यावश्यक है।
नैदानिक लक्ष्य
प्रसव से पहले प्राथमिक लक्ष्य माँ और भ्रूण के लिए यथासंभव सुरक्षित परिस्थितियाँ बनाने हेतु कोगुलोपैथी का सुधार और हाइपोग्लाइसीमिया सहित चयापचय संबंधी विकारों का सुधार हैं।
उपचार दृष्टिकोण
प्रबंधन एक बहु-विषयक टीम द्वारा संचालित होता है और उपरोक्त शारीरिक विकारों पर केंद्रित त्वरित सहायक देखभाल से शुरू होता है, इसके बाद स्थिरीकरण प्राप्त होने पर समय पर भ्रूण का प्रसव किया जाता है।
