Ce protocole concerne la thromboembolie des artères des membres inférieurs chez des patients ayant une indication établie à l'anticoagulation et bénéficiant d'une recanalisation endovasculaire des artères atteintes, en l'absence de risque hémorragique élevé.
L'approche consiste à poursuivre une anticoagulation à dose complète, en envisageant l'ajout d'un agent antiplaquettaire en association pour une durée définie.
