FAP-Associated Intra-Abdominal Desmoid When Percutaneous Drainage Has Not Resolved Symptoms

Clinical scenario

The patient has a symptomatic intra-abdominal desmoid tumour with air-fluid levels, without generalised peritonitis. This presentation requires a specific, structured management pathway.
