The patient has a symptomatic intra-abdominal desmoid tumour with air-fluid levels, without generalised peritonitis. This presentation requires a specific, structured management pathway.
Ultrasound- or CT-guided percutaneous drainage was the initial approach. Escalation to the next line is indicated when that intervention has not achieved resolution of symptoms.
