- Psoriasis is the most frequent cause of exfoliative dermatitis, which in some studies represents 25-50% of cases.
- Adalimumab 80 mg at week 0, 40 mg at week 1, later 40 mg every 2 weeks
- Ustekinumab 45/90 mg (according to the weight) at week 0.4 and later every 12 weeks
- Phototherapy UVB-NB: Initial dosing according to skin type (130-400 mJ/cm2) or MED (50% of MED). Subsequent dosage increase by 15-65 mJ/cm2 or ≤10% of initial MED. Treatment 3-5 times/week
