Treatment of Recurrent Cystitis in Female Patients

This protocol is indicated for women who experience recurrent cystitis — defined as at least three episodes per year, or two or more episodes within the last six months.

Female sex with recurrent cystitis meeting the frequency threshold: at least three episodes of cystitis per year, or two episodes of cystitis in the last six months.
Management includes a bladder instillation-based preventive strategy, indicated when less invasive preventive approaches have been unsuccessful.
