This protocol covers Crohn's disease patients with a perianal fistulizing presentation — a distinct situation in which active fistulae develop in the perianal region.
Treatment Approach

Treatment Goal
Cessation of perianal fistula drainage and fistula closure, defined as greater than 50% closure on clinical assessment.
