Corneal Ulcer with Corneal Abrasion Following Superficial Eye Injury
This protocol covers corneal ulcer presenting in a patient who has a history of superficial injury to the eye and in whom examination of the cornea reveals a corneal abrasion.

- history of superficial injury; and/or
- examination shows a corneal abrasion
- Treat with chloramphenicol, eye ointment (0.5 - 1%) three times per day for at least 3 days.
- Do not use any medicine containing steroids.
- Do not use traditional medicines.
