Treatment of Chronic Granulomatous Disease When Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Is Being Considered

This protocol addresses the management of patients with confirmed chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) who are being evaluated as candidates for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

The patient has a confirmed diagnosis of chronic granulomatous disorder and is under consideration for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
The primary clinical objectives are resolution of infection and colitis.

When HSCT is pursued, donor selection and conditioning follow established international guidelines — the full protocol specifies the donor criteria and conditioning approach in detail.
