This protocol applies to paediatric patients with newly diagnosed intracranial WHO grade II or III ependymoma in whom staging confirms CSF or spinal dissemination at presentation. Craniospinal irradiation (CSI) is recommended in this setting, with a boost to focal lesions at doses adapted to patient age.
