Clinical Scenario

This protocol applies to patients with locally advanced basal cell carcinoma (BCC) of the skin who have at least one tumor measuring 10 mm or more in diameter that is inoperable or considered inappropriate for surgery.

Patient Population

Eligibility requires at least one lesion 10 mm or larger in diameter judged inoperable or inappropriate for surgery in the opinion of a specialist in Mohs micrographic surgery, head and neck surgery, or plastic surgery.
