In patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC), effective control of arrhythmia-related symptoms is a central treatment objective. Structured antiarrhythmic therapy is guided by whether initial management has achieved adequate symptom control.
This protocol applies to patients with ARVC who have arrhythmia-related symptoms. The selection of antiarrhythmic therapy is informed by the response to prior beta-blocker treatment and whether single-agent therapy has been sufficient.
The protocol specifies antiarrhythmic drug therapy for symptomatic ARVC. The approach includes options for patients whose arrhythmia-related symptoms have not been adequately controlled with initial single-agent treatment.
