For unresectable/borderline resectable disease, consider tumor mutation analysis and neoadjuvant Imatinib
Consider neoadjuvant Imatinib for patients in whom resection with negative margins may result in unacceptable functional or cosmetic outcomes.
Additionally, tumor mutation analysis and neoadjuvant imatinib can be considered options for unresectable or borderline resectable disease.
