Low pressure – anal sphincter pressures below that considered within normal range clinically and or manometrically.
For patients with low sphincter pressure-type anal fissures, biofeedback may be considered.
For patients with low sphincter pressure-type anal fissures, if biofeedback fails neuromodulation may be considered.
