This protocol addresses the prophylactic management of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) in women who are not currently pregnant, have a documented history of obstetric APS, and have no prior thrombotic events.
The patient is female, not pregnant, and presents with a history of obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome — without any history of arterial or venous thrombotic events. In this setting, prophylactic management requires careful individual risk–benefit evaluation before initiating or continuing therapy.
Current evidence supports a prophylactic antiplatelet strategy for eligible women in this scenario. The regimen involves a single oral antiplatelet agent; the complete specification — including dose, schedule, and individualization criteria — is detailed in the full structured protocol.

In non-pregnant women with a history of obstetric APS only (with or without SLE), prophylactic treatment with LDA after adequate risk/benefit evaluation is recommended.
