Systemic Treatment of Stage IV (Advanced/Metastatic) Anal Cancer in Patients Fit for Chemotherapy

Clinical Scenario

This protocol addresses patients with stage IV (advanced or metastatic) anal cancer who are fit and eligible for systemic treatment. It covers symptomatic metastatic or recurrent disease that is not amenable to surgical management.

Patient Eligibility

Otherwise fit patients with symptomatic metastatic or recurrent anal cancer not amenable to surgery are candidates for systemic chemotherapy as the primary treatment approach.

Treatment Approach
