Treatment of Adult T-cell Leukemia-Lymphoma in the Aggressive Leukaemic Form
The aggressive leukaemic form of adult T-cell leukaemia/lymphoma (ATLL) represents a clinically urgent presentation that requires a distinct treatment strategy. This protocol addresses the management approach specific to this sub-type.
This protocol applies to patients presenting with the aggressive leukaemic form of adult T-cell leukaemia/lymphoma. This presentation carries a more aggressive clinical course and warrants a structured, evidence-based treatment approach.
Management in this setting involves a switch to chemotherapy, with consideration of additional consolidation therapy for eligible patients — details of the specific regimen, sequencing, and eligibility criteria are defined within the full protocol.
