Treatment of Accessory Breast Tissue with Only Glandular Tissue or Accessory Nipples in the Axilla

This protocol covers the management of accessory breast tissue in which the axillary presentation consists solely of glandular tissue and/or supernumerary (accessory) nipples — a specific anatomical subset with a defined treatment pathway.

Clinical scenario: The patient presents with axillary accessory breast tissue limited to glandular tissue and/or accessory nipples, without a significant additional adipose component.
